Well done to all who took part in the 12mile walk along the beach to Overstrand and back. Some beautiful views on a lovely sunny day with a stop for food at Overstrand.
One blister, so for a first long walk that was not to bad.

We are in the Norfolk on your mind magazine with an article about Nordic Walking.

The Walk and Rail

One Tuesday 30th June the group Nordic walked along the coastal path to Weybourne steam station, After a picnic lunch returned on the train. A very hot day but the views were worth it.
