North Norfolk Coastal Fitness  -  For a fitter healthier YOU

52 miles / 52 years

We are walking 52 miles in one day to raise monies for Norwich MIND. 
The walk will take in part of the Peddars way and the Norfolk Coastal Path from Howe finishing at Cromer Pier. We are hoping to walk it in 12 hours. We are hoping people can join us on the day.
We are preparing for the walk by doing regular longer walks.
Norwich MIND provides mental health support for people with or at risk of mental health problems. The services they provide cover four key points; personalisation and recovery, social inclusion, psychological therapies and wellbeing.

The Walk and Rail

One Tuesday 30th June the group Nordic walked along the coastal path to Weybourne steam station, After a picnic lunch returned one the train. A very hot day but the views were worth it.












































Hunworth 15 Challenge

Well done to all who took part in Hunworth 15 mile. The day went very well with no blisters !!
It took approximately 5 hours walking through beautiful countryside. The weather was on our side too.

New Members the four legged
 kind

On one of our walks at Holt country park we were joined by seven horses for exercises.

Welcome to the website of North Norfolk Coastal Fitness we offer bespoke fitness programs  for a better, healthier life. 
 
Our business is client driven, exercise programs are all tailored for your individual needs and requirements ensuring you get the right results each and every time.
 
Nordic Walking is a great way to improve fitness, using poles to propel you forward using over 40% more calories than ordinary walking and uses 90% of your muscles. 

Power walking is a style of walking performed at a steady, energetic pace, consisting of pronounced arm movements and brisk footsteps. 
 
Freestyle Fitness Yoga is a fitness program that targets flexibility, core stability and strength.  It incorporates deep stretch, Yoga postures and Pilates exercise.
 
Fitness Pilates is challenging yet safe exercise that promotes a balanced body, a longer, leaner, toned shape, superb posture, a flat stomach, a strong back and increased and flexibility. 


What our members think......

I believe North Norfolk Coastal Fitness is different from other types of fitness for a number of reasons. Firstly, there is something for everyone from the least fit to the fitness fanatic!  The Nordic walking and power walking cover the most beautiful areas of North Norfolk so as well as keeping fit, we are exercising in areas of outstanding beauty. Last, but not least, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and Sally and Anita are great  instructors who encourage and motivate us all to keep as fit as possible.
